Dr. Reis-Havlat participated this May in UIC’s mentoring workshop hosted by the Graduate College. The workshop brought faculty for discussions on effective communication, aligning expectations, promoting professional development, addressing equity and inclusion, assessing understanding, and fostering trainee independence.
